Dryer repair Orange County
Dryer repair in Orange County covers gas, electric, stacked and ventless machines, and C&C Appliance Repair takes same-day calls across the county. The most common fault is not the dryer at all: a blocked vent line makes the machine run three cycles for one load and is a fire risk. Every visit includes a check of the venting, at no extra charge.
Faults we close on the first visit: the drum turns but there is no heat, the machine heats but the drum will not turn, it squeals or rumbles, it stops a few minutes into the cycle, or it will not start at all. Behind those symptoms sit heating elements, gas valve coils, thermal fuses, thermostats, drum rollers, idler pulleys and belts, and the technician carries those parts on the van.
Orange County housing changes what we find. In the older tract homes of Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange the dryer usually sits in the garage on a long vent run, and that run is what clogs. In newer condos and apartments around Irvine, Tustin and Aliso Viejo the machine is often a stacked or ventless heat pump unit in a closet, where the fault is more often the condenser or the drain pump than the vent.
Brands we service every week: Bosch, Miele, Asko, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Electrolux, Speed Queen and KitchenAid. The technician diagnoses the machine in front of you, names the price before any part is fitted, and the work is covered by our limited warranty. Call (800) 860-0974 or request service online.

Questions we get asked
Do you cover all of Orange County?
Yes. C&C Appliance Repair works across the county, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Orange, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo. If you are not sure your address is in the area, call (800) 860-0974 and ask.
Why does my dryer take three cycles to dry one load?
Almost always a restricted vent. Lint builds up in the duct between the dryer and the outside wall, the hot wet air cannot leave, and the machine keeps running. It also raises the risk of fire. We clear and check the vent as part of the repair rather than charging it separately.
Can you repair a ventless heat pump dryer?
Yes. Condenser and heat pump dryers are common in newer Orange County condos where there is no outside wall to vent through. Typical faults are a blocked condenser, a failed drain pump or a clogged filter, and they are repaired, not replaced.
Do you work on gas dryers?
Yes, gas and electric both. Gas work is done by technicians trained for it. If you smell gas, do not run the appliance, shut the supply valve if you can reach it safely, and call the gas company first.
How much does the visit cost if I decide not to repair?
You get the diagnosis and a firm price before any work starts, and nothing is done without your approval. There are no hidden fees and no charges you did not agree to.
